Northern Rivers Pickleball Club (NRPC) is a community-focused, not-for-profit sporting organisation committed to creating inclusive, accessible and welcoming opportunities for people to play pickleball.
Our mission is to grow pickleball across the Northern Rivers region by fostering participation, connection, healthand wellbeing through a safe, supportive and socially engaging environment.
The club currently holds play sessions across 2 venues in Ballina – the Ballina Indoor Sports Centre (BISC) on Cherry St and Southern Cross Public School in East Ballina. (see calendar for playing sessions)
The Club has a strong culture of volunteering, with members helping to run our playing sessions and also participating in various fundraising activities (e.g. Bunnings BBQs, marshalling at Byron Triathlon).
The Club’s Committee comprises 8 people (see Committee Members - Northern Rivers Pickleball) who bring a range of skills & expertise including accountancy, marketing & design and administration.The Committee meets regularly and operates under a formally adopted Constitution and maintains transparent and accountable governance practices.
