GETTING STARTED
Register and Become a Member:
For those wanting to participate in regular play sessions, you will be required to become a member of Northern Rivers Pickleball Club. To do this, follow the link and instructions here.
Visitors / Guests: are welcome to join our social play sessions for 3 visits before having to become a club member or signing a waiver to play. Cost is $14 per person per session. For playing times click here
Adult Beginner Lessons: Sessions for beginners are held on Friday afternoons 4-6pm at Southern Cross Primary School (East Ballina).
To join a session, you will need to download the Open Sports App, and look for Northern Rivers Pickleball. These beginner sessions are open to the public and you will be able to register and pay for the session ($14) on the Open Sports App
All equipment provided, including enthusiastic coaching, guaranteed fun session!!
Open Sports The regular club sessions need to be booked and paid for ahead of time (by members only) using the Open Sports App. This guarantees you a spot and also helps us to manage numbers in each session.
Welcome Email When you join the club you’ll receive an email with details of how to sign up for Open Sports (also how to keep up to date with club news on our WhatsApp groups, and how to join one of the Graded Groups)

Graded Groups (GGs) The club also has four graded groups, GG3.5+ (Upper Intermediate), GG3 (Intermediate), GG2.5 / GG2, (Lower Intermediate). The Graded Groups are intended to enable members to play with similarly graded other players. Details are included in your welcome email on the process to join one of the graded groups.
